The photography jobs classifieds section on this website, is a message board (also referred to as the 'facility' ) It is provided by Amadeo Bugeja Photography ABN 82 770 353 868 (referred to as 'the provider' ) This facility is provided for use by photo lab technicians, most professional photographers including wedding photographers photographers assistants, graduate students (referred to as 'users') seeking employment in the in the photo industry. It allows the user seeking a career or job to advertise their labor by publishing basic details regarding their skills, qualification & experience. This facility is also provided to allow potential employers (also referred to as 'users') seeking to provide photography positions, a facility to search the posted ads with a further option to briefly respond the advertisers seeking employment situations. This is the only purpose for which this facility may be used. By using photography employment classifieds facility all users are deemed to have agreed unconditionally to the terms set out here.

1. The provider of photography jobs classifieds section does not guarantee, and accepts no legal liability whatsoever arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of any advertising, or any other posting contained on this facility.
2. The user agrees to exercise their own skill and care with respect to using advertising facility and furthermore the user agrees to carefully evaluate the accuracy, currency, completeness and relevance of the material posted or received in any responses.

The user agrees to abide by the following code of conduct:

1. All content posted must be in English only.
2. There will be no spam or advertising other than the permitted advertising described at the beginning of this document
3. Users may may exchange emails on the condition that they agree to exercise due diligence and care when posting contact details and meeting third parties.
4. Users agree to post only content that is concise and brief , accurate and factual.
5. Users agree not publish anything defamatory, indecent, threatening, misleading or otherwise containing illegal content. Users agree not publish material that will infringe the copyright of other individuals or organisations.
6. Users may not post a url (web site address) to any external website. Business may not be advertised. Any url or business advertising will be considered inappropriate promotion or spam.
7. The provider reserves the right to terminate any content deemed by the provider to constitute spam, without notice or explanation. The provider reserves the right to terminate any material deemed irrelevant by the provider.
8. This facility is pre moderated. If the user feels that a post or section of a post has been mistakenly rejected, the user may contact the webmaster of this site outlining their concerns using the forms provided.
9. The provider reserves the right to draw evaluations and make decisions regarding what constitutes the definition of a business advertising for the purposes of moderating spam.
10. Posting the same advertisement more than once will also be considered spamming. You may only repost if your advertisement has expired and you wish to renew.
11. The provider reserves the right to moderate or terminate any posting on the photography jobs classifieds section, or the photography jobs classifieds section itself without notice or explanation.
12. Conditions here may change or vary from time to time. Users agree that it is the user's responsibility to remain informed when using this facility.
